These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of globelifeburnett.com (the “Site”) and to the text messaging program run by Burnett Financial Group LLC, DBA Globe Life : AIL Division – Burnett (“we”, “us”, “our”), an independently owned and operated agency office representing the American Income Division of Globe Life. By using the Site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.

Text messaging program

Program name: Globe Life : AIL Division – Burnett career and application messages.

What we send: if you opt in on our application form, you may receive informational messages (interview scheduling, reminders and application updates) and, if you separately agree, marketing and promotional messages about career opportunities with our organization.

How you opt in: by checking the text message consent box or boxes on the application form at globelifeburnett.com/apply and submitting the form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of applying, of employment, or of any purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that unless you opt in again.

Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to give accurate information when you apply and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, access it by automated means, or submit information on behalf of someone else without their permission.
